Diamond Lake

Purpose:
Advertising campaign for the sale of luxury real estate in an elite area, aimed at attracting clients of the “luxury” category.
Representatives of the Diamond Lake brand contacted the Green Lime advertising agency. During the consultation, the clients gave us their vision of the advertising campaign. We took into account the wishes of the client and got down to work.
For the advertising campaign, a landing page was created with a description of the product and posts for advertising in social networks. Advertising was designed for lead generation, i.e. attraction of potential buyers. After working for a week and conducting analytics, we came to the conclusion that advertising created according to the client’s vision does not bring great results.
We invited the client for a second consultation, where we made our suggestions for optimizing and improving advertising. Namely: changing the colors of the landing page (within the brand book), reconfiguring the target audience based on the analysis performed, changing graphic materials. After receiving the consent from the client, we changed the advertising campaign. After a week, we made a second analysis, the results of which pleased both the client and us.
Result: The goal of the advertising campaign has been
achieved. The client received buyers from the audience he needed.
